Section 01

General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Winbs online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Winbs ("Company", "we") and anyone using the platform ("User", "you"). By browsing winbs.id, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Winbs is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and beyond. Our offerings include casino games, Sports Betting, slots, fish games, and a wide variety of other entertainment gaming options.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policyand shall be considered part of this agreement.

  • Winbs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • These Terms are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Membership

To create an account on Winbs, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

  • The minimum age to register is 18. Winbs reserves the right to request proof of age documents at any time.
  • Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
  • A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration; these are used for verification purposes.
  • Your account login credentials (password, PIN) are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Warning: Citizens of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited may not register on Winbs. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your own country.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Winbs complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals or during large transactions to ensure a safe and transparent environment.

One or more of the following documents may be required for KYC verification:

  • A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) as proof of address
  • Proof of payment method ownership (mobile number or bank account)
  • Selfie holding your document, if required

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification has not been completed. Winbs aims to complete the KYC process within a maximum of 72 hours.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Winbs accepts deposits via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.

  • Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; see the promotions page for details.
  • Deposits sent from a third party's mobile number or bank account will not be accepted.
  • Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
  • If there is a delay in deposit processing, please contact support with your transaction ID.
  • Winbs reserves the right to reject any deposit without providing a reason.

Winbs never charges any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — that is entirely subject to their policies.

Section 05

Withdrawal Policy & Process

Winbs is committed to ensuring fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is completed.
  • Winnings derived from bonuses require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal.
  • Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits are listed in the Cashier section of the platform.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, Winbs reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

Please note: Bonus balance and real money are managed separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Winbs regularly offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before opting in.

  • Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirements are typically 20-30x.
  • Daily Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to your net daily losses. Full details are available on the promotions page.
  • Reload Bonus: Bonus offers are available on qualifying deposits each week.
  • Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus — terms apply.
  • Attempting to use the same bonus multiple times or abusing bonus offers may result in the bonus being voided and your account suspended.
  • Winbs reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

Gaming Rules & Outcomes

All game outcomes on the Winbs platform are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system, which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors. This ensures that every result is completely fair and random.

  • All game results are final and cannot be changed unless a technical issue is involved.
  • If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server and will be displayed once you reconnect.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Winbs will refund the bet placed on that game.
  • For Sports Betting, official match results will be considered final.
  • Fair play must be maintained at all times; using any deceptive strategy against other players is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winbs platform. Involvement in any such activity will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software.
  • Exploiting any system bug or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted country.
  • Rude, disrespectful, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff.
  • Bonus abuse tactics such as arbitrage betting or collusion.

Important Warning: If fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected, the relevant information will be handed over to law enforcement authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

Winbs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
  • If fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.
  • If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
  • If identified as a user from a restricted country.
  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) can be withdrawn before closure.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by international gaming law. Any dispute between Winbs and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

  • Complaints can be submitted to the support team; an initial response will be provided within 48 hours.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, neutral third-party mediation is available.
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
